Job Description:
· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts
· Explore and develop new channels while maintaining current developed channels
· Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and expectations
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
· Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
· Conduct market research and identify areas for improvement
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the needs of channels on ongoing basis
· Drive adoption of company programs among assigned channels
· Monitor current account sales
Eligibility:
Education:
Preferably Master’s degree
Experience:
Preferably 1 year of channel sales experience
Special Skills:
· Excellent communication
· Problem solving and negotiation
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to train, develop and encourage team TSMs
